Shipping & Returns

On this page you can find all the information needed for the exchange, return and refund procedure for products purchased through the website

There are currently two ways to qualify for free shipping:

  • Your cart total, including promotions and discounts, is $35.00 or more.
  • Shop during a special event that advertises free shipping for all orders.

Free Economy Shipping (estimated arrival, 5-7 business days) is automatically applied to qualified orders.

You can upgrade to faster shipping methods with respective fees.

We currently offer three shipping options:

  • Economy - $6.99 (5-7 Business Days)
  • Standard Ground - $8.99 (4-6 Business Days)
  • Expedited - $15.99 (Estimated 2-3 Business Days)

The majority of orders placed before 12pm EST will ship the same business day.

Exchange or return.

The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

  1. Login to our website,
  2. Select the option “My Orders” in the client menu,
  3. Identify the respective order that you want to request an exchange or return, and click on “Request Return”,
  4. Select each of the items you want to request an exchange or return, checking the “Return” option,
  5. In Return Type, select “Return to Post Office or” and the respective reason, “I want to cancel” or “I want to exchange”,
  6. Click on “Proceed with Return” and the website will present the postage code of the post office. You will also receive an email with the confirmation of the request for reverse postage, the respective code informed as well as other guidelines on the sending.
    Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, you will not be charged for return shipping.

    All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excludes original shipping cost)
  7. You can track the status of the return until the credit becomes available. Click My Account> My Data> My Returns.
  8. The conditions for exchange / return are:
    - The product must be in the original packaging, in perfect condition and without traces of use,
    - If an item has been sent as a gift, it must also be returned and sent with the product.
    - Shipping charges are non-refundable. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns by mail:
Please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions.
