30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at T.KAIZE & CO., which is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

If you would like to request an exchange, instead of a return, please contact one of our representatives within 48 hours of receiving your order. T.KAIZE & CO. will cover the back and forth shipping fees by regular mail under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item.

The item is brokenor defective.

When requesting an exchange, customers will be responsible for back and forth shipping fees under the following circumstances:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size.
  • Customer does not like the item in person.

Please note: Items can be exchanged more than once. The time frame for this must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.


Items must be returned with jewelry tag still attached. Tag should not be removed until you are positive that you would like to keep your item. If purchasing a ring, the tag does not impact how the ring fits.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must contact one of our representatives for the return shipping address.

USA Customers who chose Standard shipping for their order will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from their refund;

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

  • We accept international VISA and MasterCard as long as the credit card passes through our fraud screening system

  • Our system will automatically show your country's appropriate card options on the checkout page
  • You will be redirected to a third-party credit/debit card payment partner's website to finish the payment
  • Shop and pay online quickly and securely with your PayPal account
  • We accept PayPal from selected countries
  • Our system will automatically show PayPal as a payment option at checkout for customers from selected countries
  • Exchange loss may occur if the currency of your PayPal account is not the same as on our website
